A Brief Overview On The Process And Materials Used

The process starts with creating a digital 3D model using computer-aided design (CAD) software. The 3D model is then sliced into layers and each layer's information is sent to the 3D printer which reads the sliced design and starts the printing process. This material can be plastic, metal, resin, ceramics, food or the commonly used material PLA (Polylactic acid). Each layer fuses or adheres to the layer beneath it, gradually building up the object's shape. The deposited material might need to cool down or solidify before the next layer is added. After all the layers are printed and any necessary post-processing is done, you're left with a 3D-printed object that matches the digital design you created.
